These programs grant residency in a European country, with visa-free travel across the Schengen Area and, over time, a possible route to citizenship.

• Portugal Golden Visa From EUR 200,000, with one of the lowest stay requirements in Europe.
• Greece Golden Visa Real estate from EUR 250,000 to EUR 800,000 depending on location, with no minimum stay.
• Italy Investor Visa From EUR 250,000, paired with an attractive flat-tax regime for new residents.
• Spain Residency Options The Non-Lucrative and Digital Nomad visas, since the Golden Visa ended in 2025.
• Malta Permanent Residence. Permanent residence in an English-speaking EU member state.

These programs grant full citizenship and a passport, usually within months and without a long residency period.
