"Thank you for inviting me to speak to you all at the West Vancouver Sunrise Rotary Club. While I have never actually been a Rotary member myself, I feel very close to your organization as during my university days I served many Rotary lunches and dinners while working as waitress to put myself through school. Fortunately for me, I never had to serve breakfasts as I am not an early bird- so this is my very first Rotary breakfast.
