150 Townhomes Proposed in West Vancouver’s Sandy Cove Neighbourhood




The District of West Vancouver has received a preliminary development application for a proposed 150-unit townhouse development at 4165-4195 Marine Drive.

The residential development is proposed by MST Development Corporation. This proposal includes three townhouse buildings, each one to be three storeys in height.

MST Development is a historic partnership of the Musqueam Indian Band, Squamish Nation and Tsleil-Waututh Nation, which collectively own six prime properties throughout Metro Vancouver.

Currently valued at over $1 billion, these properties total over 160 acres of developable land.

The Marine Drive proposal has not been formally submitted to the district as a rezoning and is still within the preliminary development application stage.

MST is hosting a preliminary public information meeting on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 7 pm, in an online meeting format.
