This float home is listed at a cheap $243,900, and is described as "funky, cozy, full of charm and possibilities." It has one bedroom, and is moored in a marina near Ladner village.
"In the summer enjoy the cool evening breeze on your deck as swans and otters play and eagles soar," the listing reads. The future owner of the home, which was built in 1975, has a view of the North Shore mountains.
However its moorage fees are not listed.
Not far down River Road is a much larger option, however much pricier, being nearly double of the previous listing, listed at $449,900. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is moored at 4337 West River Rd., and described as "contemporary."
It includes a hot tub, gazebo, fireplace and open concept floor plan.
Monthly moorage fees are not listed online.
Now, a home perfect for the buyer with a low budget being the cheapest on this list is a West River Road float home for a very cheap $159,000.
This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home which has been recently painted and its metal roof and vinyl siding are brand new, according to the listing. The bathroom has also recently been upgraded, and pets are allowed.
The monthly moorage fee is listed at $900.
Located very close to the previous home, this two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom float home is available for a pricy $600,000.
This three-storey home has a new roof, a fireplace, custom cabinets and great views of the mountains.
Moorage fees were not included in the listing.
Looking in Richmond? Again a house on the much cheaper price is located near the Canada Line, according to the listing. The owner is looking for $169,000, and its moorage fees are another $990 a month.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom home has new décor, and a recently upgraded bathroom and kitchen.
Also very close to the other home, is this bright blue single-level float home which was recently moved here from Seattle.
According to the listing, this home is estimated to be around 100 years old, and is priced at $299,000.
Moorage fees are $1,200 a month, but the listing says there's an option to move it to another marina nearby.
For those who are looking for more space in their homes, there is this three-bedroom, three-bathroom float home listed at quite a cheap price at $419,000.
The seller has just recently renovated the interior, the houses plumbing and the rooftop deck, according to the listing, pets and rentals are allowed.
This is moored in Richmond on an annual lease, and it's unclear how much the new owner would be paying per month.
Nicknamed "Ketch 22," according to the listing, this two-storey home moored off Louie Crescent in Langley is listed at $188,000.
This very cheap home, has one-bedroom, three decks and is pet-friendly, but there are no rentals allowed at the marina, and all residents must be 19 and up.
The monthly moorage fee is $900.
